SA: Man charged over petrol station incident
ADELAIDE, Dec 17 AAP - A 39-year-old man has been charged with three counts of attemptedmurder after smashing down two petrol bowsers and then crashing his car into a servicestation in Adelaide.
Police said the incident began at about 12.30 pm (CDST) when the man sideswiped anothercar on Victoria Road at suburban Largs Bay.
He then drove into the nearby Mobil outlet, smashing down the two pumps before hittingthe building, which had three occupants.
As well as the attempted murder charges the man was also charged with three countsof acts to endanger life.
He was taken from the scene to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for a medical assessment.
