Qld: More bad jobs figures to follow today, says oppn = 2

Premier Peter Beattie later said federal government policies were to blame for Queensland's
unemployment woes.

He said trend figures showed the state's unemployment was down to 7.9 per cent from
8.1 per cent a year ago.
